Online support

Would you like our Support team to offer a helping hand and assist you with your project? Then send us an email to support.de[at]deltadore.com to arrange an online session. Our experts use Teamviewer remote maintenance software to create a secure connection with your PC. All that is needed is a reliable internet connection.

Instructions:

  1. Download the spega Online Support Client (TeamViewer) onto your PC and call us at the agreed appointment time.
  2. Run the software and tell us the corresponding session ID and password.
  3. We will use the data to establish a connection with your computer.
  4. We will then discuss what further course of action to take.
  5. You then close the client. This ensures we no longer have access to your computer. A new password is automatically generated when the software is run again.
